Who we are
This site, resourcian.com, is run by Resourcian Systems Private Limited (CIN U62090DL2026PTC465742), a private company registered in India. Our registered office is in New Delhi, and the full details are on our Company page. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the company.
This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use this site, why we handle it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to connect@resourcian.com.
What we handle, and why
The site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no online payments, so there is very little to collect.

The Contact page has no form. The button on it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, and nothing reaches us until you send it.
Cookies and tracking
Our own servers set no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no social media plugins. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell personal information.
If you become a client
If you ask us to do work, we also keep the contact details, the written agreement and the invoices for that engagement. We use them to do the work, to invoice and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. The written agreement for an engagement may add to what this policy says, and where it does, the agreement applies to that engagement.
Who else handles your information
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the site and the mailbox, and only for that purpose. Right now that means our web host (Hostinger) and our email provider. We may also disclose information where a court, regulator or law enforcement body legally requires it. These providers may process information on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you give us until you ask us to delete it. Where the law requires us to delete it sooner, or to keep it longer, such as company and tax records, we follow the law. Server logs are kept for as long as our web host keeps them.
Security
We use HTTPS on the site, keep the mailbox behind a strong sign-in, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, and we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold and why;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you gave us.
Email connect@resourcian.com with your request. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email our grievance contact at connect@resourcian.com with "Privacy grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within one month.
Children
This site is written for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
The law we follow
We handle personal information in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
