About these terms

These terms cover your use of resourcian.com (the "site"). The site is run by Resourcian Systems Private Limited (CIN U62090DL2026PTC465742), a private company registered in India, with its registered office in New Delhi. Full details are on our Company page. "We" and "us" mean the company.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.

What the site is

The site describes what we build and how we work: software products and platforms, AI tools and solutions, software development and IT services, consulting and advisory, and education and content. It is information about us. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract.

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both sides. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins for the work it covers.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• use automated tools to copy the site in bulk;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us material that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone else's rights;
• pretend to be us, or suggest that we endorse you or your product.

Our content

The text, design, logo, illustrations and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

The Resourcian name and logo are ours. Nothing on the site gives you a licence to use them.

Emailing us

If you email us, you keep the rights to what you send. You give us permission to use it to reply and to consider your enquiry. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material until we have agreed terms for it, because an enquiry email does not create a duty of confidentiality on its own.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will be error-free, always available or free of harmful components, and the information on it may go out of date. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on what it says. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful default, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Suspending access

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under law to bring a claim where you live or work, including your rights as a consumer, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.
