What we build

Five things, each scoped and priced on its own.

Most engagements start with one. Every one of them follows the same four steps: audit, scope, build, handover. Below is what each includes and who it fits.

Software products & platforms

SaaS, web applications and internal platforms, designed and built so you own and operate them.

A good fit when

You have a product idea or an internal tool that spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software no longer cover.

What's included

  • Product and data model, agreed before build
  • Web application with authentication, roles and admin
  • Hosting, domain and deployment set up in your accounts
  • Documentation and a recorded handover

AI tools & solutions

AI-assisted tools and automation, built into how your business already works rather than bolted on the side.

A good fit when

A team is doing the same knowledge work by hand, and the inputs already live in systems you control.

What's included

  • Assistants and copilots on your own data and documents
  • Automation of repeat work: intake, triage, drafting, reporting
  • Data pipelines and dashboards that feed the models
  • Guardrails, review steps and cost controls built in

Software development & IT services

Implementation, integration, customisation, maintenance and support for the systems you already run.

A good fit when

Something exists and works, but not well enough, and you'd rather fix it than replace it.

What's included

  • Website design, development, domain and hosting
  • Integrations between the tools your business already uses
  • Customisation of existing software to fit your process
  • Maintenance and support on a fixed monthly scope

Consulting & advisory

Software and skills-based advisory for teams making a technology, systems or process decision.

A good fit when

You're about to spend money on technology and want an independent read before you do.

What's included

  • A structured audit of what exists today and what it costs to run
  • Options, trade-offs and a recommendation in writing
  • Vendor and tool selection without a vendor in the room
  • A build-or-buy call you can defend internally

Education & content

Courses, workshops and training in software and technology skills, and the material that goes with them.

A good fit when

Your people need to get good at a tool or a practice, and generic training hasn't stuck.

What's included

  • Live workshops for teams, built around your actual tools
  • Self-paced courses and learning resources
  • Newsletters, reports and industry material
  • Onboarding and enablement content for your own product

How we scope

The rules that keep fixed scope fixed.

Scope drift is the single biggest threat to any fixed-price engagement. These four rules go in every proposal.

01

Fixed scope, agreed in writing

What's in, what's out, the timeline and the price. Signed off before anything is built.

02

One direction, refined once

One design or technical direction is presented and refined, not three to pick from.

03

Out of scope is written down

The proposal names what we won't do. It is not discovered halfway through.

04

Handover is part of the job

A recorded walkthrough, documentation and access in your name. The engagement ends when you can run it.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the problem, not the solution. We'll tell you which of the five it is, and whether it's worth doing.
